How and When Can I Place an Order? – You can order products on-line 24 hours per day, 7 days per week via a secure on-line server.  You can also print out a copy of your order and fax it anytime to us at 812-877-7115.  If you’d prefer to talk to a real live person you can reach us at 812-877-7100.  Office hours are typically 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.  If we’re not here to take your call please leave a brief message with the receptionist or on voicemail and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

What Payment Options Are Available? – You may pay for any products you order by credit card – Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus and American Express are accepted; by company check, money order, or cashier’s check in U.S. Dollars; or by electronic wire transfer.  There is an additional $20 charge on payments via wire transfers due to bank transfer fees.  We also accept company purchase orders from U.S. and Canadian companies that have established an account with us.

How Do I Establish an Account? – If you’re a U.S. or Canadian company that would like to place orders with a purchase order please fax or mail us your company’s standard trade reference information.  Our fax number is 812-877-7115 and mailing address is Speaker Fulfillment Services, Inc., 2001 N. Hunt Road, Terre Haute, IN  47805.

I’m not in the United States, Can I Order from Your Site? – Yes, you can order products from anywhere in the world on the site.  International orders must be prepaidvia credit card, bank check in U.S. Dollars, or via wire transfer.  Please note that the order form you complete provides shipping and handling costs only for U.S. orders.  If you’re outside the United States we will contact you via email for your approval of the shipping costs to your country, which are based on the total weight of the shipment.  The order form shipping and handling costs are not valid for international orders.

How Will My Order Be Shipped? – If you live in the United States or Canada your order will be shipped by UPS.  Please provide a street address as we can not ship via UPS to post office boxes.  International orders are shipped via UPS International Service.  UPS international service typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment to arrive in your country.  Standard shipping costs within the U.S. are $7.95 for ground service, $15.95 for second day service, or $29.95 for next day service.

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Order? – Most items are kept in stock and generally ships no later than the next business day. If you order a non-stocked item we usually request the publisher to drop ship the item(s) directly to you so you can receive them more quickly. Publishers typically ship within 48 hours of our contacting them. Orders received prior to 3:00 p.m. are placed with the respective publisher that same day. In order to simplify your receipt of items, if you order multiple items that come from various publishers we will have the items shipped to us first so that you can receive one complete shipment instead of having them arrive from a variety of places.

Is Expedited Shipping Available? – Yes.  U.S. customers can select 2nd day service for $15.95 or next day service for $29.95 right on your order form.

Does the On-line Price Include Shipping and Handling? – Yes, once you’ve selected ground, 2nd day, or next day service within the United States the total you see listed on your order form includes shipping and handling costs.  

Are There Any Other Costs? – If you’re an Indiana resident a 6% tax will be added to your order unless your company supplies a tax exempt certificate.  We do not charges sales tax on out-of-state orders.  International customers may have a duty/tariff charged by their country’s customs office based on the total value of the items being imported.  These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the cost of the item or shipping charges by Speaker Fulfillment Services.

   When you visit the site or any other Speaker Fulfillment Services, Inc. site, we may collect and store information about your visit on an anonymous, aggregate basis. This information may include the time and length of your visit, the pages you look at on our sites, and the site you visited just before coming to ours. We may also record the name of your Internet service provider. We use this information only to measure site activity and to develop ideas for improving our sites.

   There are also several opportunities on our web sites for you to provide us with information about you and your interests, such as your name, mailing address and e-mail address. If you choose to share any personal information with us, we may store it and use it for marketing research and other marketing purposes, which may include sharing it with other companies in the SFS family and our business partners. We will never sell your information to any other company.

   You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal information in public areas of our web sites, such as chat rooms or bulletin boards, this information may be seen and used by others. We urge you to exercise good judgement when sharing personal information in these forums.

   Some of our web sites may make use of “cookie” technology to measure site activity and to customize information to your personal tastes. A cookie is an element of data that a Web site can send to your browser, which may then store the cookie on your hard drive. So, when you come back to visit us again, we can tailor information to suit your individual preferences. The goal is to save you time and provide you with a more meaningful visit.
